Worth it! The view and the host 10/10!
Nenad who manages the house, was super friendly and such a swell guy. He got us (and our car) into the car-free zone of Perast. The view and apartment was amazing, we’re very happy. 😃 Ohhh and the kitchen was very well stocked, dish washer, washing machine, blender, cooking supplies, kettle, 3 different ways to make coffee, etc etc
Ideal Location
Helen's apartment is ideally located. Near the entrance to the sea, 1-2 minutes to the sea. The view from the balcony is amazing!!! The apartment is small but very comfortable and has everything you need for living. Assistant Helen Nenad is very attentive and caring, you can say that he is perfect. Upon check-in, a welcome gift was waiting for us - excellent wine))) I recommend these apartments to everyone, you will not regret it and you can enjoy the view of the sea and the city.
A beautiful place in Perast
We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment is well situated for Perast, just a few minutes to the centre. We found everything you need in the apartment. We cannot praise Nenad enough for looking after us durning our stay. We arrived after a very long journey with flight problems. He picked us up and even took us to the supermarket on the way. He will look after you whatever your needs are. You can sunbathe on the jetty infront of the apartment, beach umbrella and towels were provided, plus a welcome bottle of wine and water. Nenad took us back to the airport yesterday on his speed boat all additional cost. We have had a wonderful week thanks to Helen the owner too. It is a great place to watch the world go by and all the cruise liners and boats from the balcony.
What a location
The location, the accommodation, the quality of the bed, the air conditioning and above all the view! Many thanks to Nenad for his welcome, his advice and his parking reservation. Not much to complain about – maybe just a cloth and some dish soap were missing, otherwise it was perfect.
Fantastic view
Fantastic view Well equipment house and comfortable I did not want to return home. While I was staying I felt great. Nenad was a kind, helpful, informative many thanks. Highly recommend if I come again I will definitely stay here.

Stunning Place
The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities were excellent including air conditioning, washing machine, excellent Wi-Fi and TV streaming to name but a few. The views from the balcony were simply stunning. Morning or late evening were my favourite times of the day when it was a bit cooler, it just oozed tranquillity. Swimming every day is a must to escape the heat, but it was just wonderful to step outside the apartment and into the sea which is just a few feet away. There is a lovely promenade which is great for a stroll, and there is wide range of restaurants on offer. However, there just wasn’t enough time to try them all! There is also a handy shop run by friendly locals to buy any essentials, plus there is an array of gift shops. Perast is a stunning place, perfect for winding down and relaxing, with plenty of amenities including boat trips to various beauty spots. The apartment itself was fabulous in terms of its location and the amenities it has to offer, and is a great base to explore the local area.
Beautiful Town
Perast is a beautiful small town and I enjoyed every minute of my stay in Bay View apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning and walking across the quiet road to the bay for a swim was idyllic. The apartment is located at the quiet end of Perast but is only minutes from the restaurants and shops. The interior of the spacious apartment is extremely well equipped including Wi-fi and much needed air conditioning. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
