The apartment is large, elegant with a picturesque view of the bay, nestled on the quiet side of Perast. It has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and can sleep four as it also has a sofa bed in the living room. There is access to a private pont for the building and it is across the road from the bay.  

For the third year running we have been awarded a Travellers Award from Booking.com for rating of 9.8 out of 10.

The property features a rustic Boka Bay style with stone and wood. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a modern kitchen/bathroom.

There is parking available but with restrictions. During the high season you have to pay for parking which is available at either side of the town. It is best to park on the east side of the town (Kotor side). Parking is free during the low season.
