Our Lady of the Rocks
The Bay of Kotor’s most iconic sight is the Our Lady of the Rocks. It is an artificial island – about a 5-minute boat journey away.

Perast is a gourmet's paradise. The area prides itself on fresh and local produce. We can arrange an amazing meal with our local partner restaurants.
Blue Cave
The Blue Caves are famous for their iridescent blue light that is reflected throughout the cave. It is an exciting day trip from Perast.

I have stayed in both properties currently available and have enjoyed each of them. The apartment is perfect if you are on your own or a couple, and the house is wonderful for a family! They both have the attention to detail and quality I look for in a holiday property.
What makes Paradise Properties unique though is the customer service and extras! The boat trip is amazing and well worth doing, especially when combined with a trip to the blue caves and the picnic! The staff cannot do enough for you – highly recommend – and I will be back!!
